UCI collects various products from the Field (California) Polls.

The raw Field (California) Polls are available in two locations.

1. UCI Social Science Data Archives' Data Page: We have compiled the complete run of the Californa (Field) Polls at t his location: Field. Access is via UCInetID and is restricted to UCI students, faculty and staff. For information on UCInetID, click here.

2. Data and documentation for all years except the last three are available from the UCDATA site at UC Berkeley for FTPing: FTP site. Click on Public: Field Polls.

Full-text of Field Poll press releases are also available online at www.field.com. Scroll down to the Field Poll and click on the Field Poll archives. Access to the online version of these press releases is limited to on-campus users and UCI students, faculty and staff. An activated, valid UCInetID is required. We shelve the print (paper) collection of its press releases (in ANTPAC, called The Field Poll) at Main Library HN 90 P8 C34 from 1992 with the latest five years shelved in Main Library Reference. From 1988 through 1992, they were called the California Poll, and shelved at the same call number location.

We also collect the codebooks of Field (California) Polls. These are shelved at the UCI Main Library at: HN 90 P8 C34. On ANTPAC, they go by variant titles: The Field (California) Poll. Codebook, California poll (San Francisco; California) Codebook; and Survey codebook.
