	Some people believe five supervisors is not enough to serve a large area 
such as Orange County.  Others believe that, as long as they do a good 
job, five Supervisors is a good number.  What is your view?  Do you 
believe the Orange County Board of Supervisors should have five members, 
or should it be expanded to have more members?

	Overall, do you think there are important differences between North Orange 
County and South Orange County, or are both areas pretty much the same?

	Some people think Orange County is too big and that it would be 
better if it were split into two smaller counties. They say having two 
smaller counties, one in the North and one in the South, would make 
government officials more responsive to the people and services more 
efficient.  Others disagree.  They believe splitting the County would be 
expensive and would create more government.

	What is your opinion?  Would you support or oppose the idea of splitting 
Orange County into two smaller counties?

	As you may know, the governments of the U.S and Mexico are 
discussing some ideas for changing immigration policy concerning 
undocumented Mexican workers who are now living illegally in the United 
States.

	One of the ideas that has been proposed is an expanded "guest worker" 
program.  This would allow Mexican workers to freely enter the U.S. as 
needed for work, but would not give them an opportunity to become American 
citizens.

	Overall, do you support or oppose an expanded "guest worker" program for 
Mexican workers?

	Another idea that is being discussed is an "amnesty" program.  
This would allow all Mexicans currently living and working illegally in 
the U.S. to receive immediate legal status as residents, which could help 
them eventually gain American citizenship.
