	As you may know, Mexican President Vicente [VIH-CENT-AY] Fox has proposed 
to create a common market between Canada, the United States and Mexico.  
Mexico and the U.S. would have an open border and Mexicans and Americans 
could freely move as they wished and live and work legally in each other's 
country.
	In general, do you support or oppose the idea of having an open border 
between the United States and Mexico?

that because of current energy problems they have enormous debts, are

	Some people say that if utilities like SDG&E were to go bankrupt,
