This 19th report of the Orange County Annual Survey, UCI, continues to monitor social, economic and political trends. The 2000 survey was conducted May 3-14, and included random telephone interviews with 1,005 Orange County adults in English and Spanish. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3% at the 95% confidence level for the total sample. Purpose
