UC Irvine's Orange County Annual Survey follows political, social and economic trends in the largest suburban county in the nation. The 1996 survey is the 15th conducted by Mark Baldassare, professor and chair of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning in the UCI School of Social Ecology, and research associate Cheryl Katz.
